Pirates and Uber Pittsburgh partner to offer rides to Bucs fans

The Pittsburgh Pirates today announced a partnership with the App-based transport service, Uber, and now Uber is offering Pirates fans one free ride during the 2015 season.

New users who sign up with Uber now through the end of the Pirates regular season (October 4, 2015) can receive their first ride for free (up to $25) by using the code LETSGOBUCS when signing up in-app to have a car sent to a location.

In addition, the Pirates will distribute Uber vouchers throughout the season at PNC Park in a variety of ways as lucky fans will have the opportunity to win a free ride, courtesy of the team.

Uber is an on-demand transportation service app that brings a driver to a location at the click of a button. Rides are billed directly to a credit card, so there is no need to carry cash. Plus, the receipt is automatically emailed to you at the end of your ride. Download the free UBER app from the App Store or Google Play.
