  • Little Rhino Back-to-School Read-Along: The Phillies and The Ryan Howard Big Piece Foundation will conduct a read-along program for Kindergarten through 5th grade elementary students from 3:30 until 5:05 p.m. Ryan and Krystle Howard, along with members of the Phillies, will make Little Rhino from the Little Rhino Book Series come alive during this pre-game event.
  • First Ball: Carli Lloyd, who scored three goals and led her team to win the Women's Soccer World Cup Championship. Carli was awarded the Golden Ball Trophy as the best player of the tournament and earned the Silver Boot for her six goals and one assist during the tournament.
  • Cody Asche Check Presentation to ALS: Cody and Angie Asche will present a check to the ALS Association in the amount of over $10,000 that was raised through the sale of their ALS "Together We Fight" T-shirts. Accepting the donation is Ellyn Phillips, President of the Great Philadelphia Chapter of ALS, joined by the Kirk family who inspired Cody and Angie to become more involved with the charity.
  • Coca Cola Honorary Bat Boy: Jimmy O'Brien of Broomall, Pa.

  • Chooch Recognition Ceremony: Phillies catcher Carlos Ruiz, who this season caught the fourth no-hitter of his career (tying a Major League record with former Red Sox catcher Jason Varitek), will be recognized prior to the game. Ruiz caught Cole Hamels' no-hitter in July 2015, plus a combined no-hitter in September 2014, and Roy Halladay's two no-hitters in 2010. Presenting a gift from the Phillies to Ruiz is 2008 World Series Champion Manager and Senior Advisor to the General Manager Charlie Manuel.
  • Richie Ashburn Special Achievement Award Presentation to Phillies' front office employee James Rodriguez. The Richie Ashburn Special Achievement Award has been presented annually since 1998 to honor the memory of Richie Ashburn. It is presented to a member of the Phillies organization who demonstrates the same loyalty, dedication, and passion for Phillies baseball as did Richie. Presenting the award are Jean Ashburn, daughter, and McKenzie Ashburn, granddaughter, of the late Phillies Hall of Famer and broadcaster Richie Ashburn. The 2015 recipient of the Richie Ashburn Special Achievement Award is James Rodriguez, a member of the Phillies Ballpark Operations department since 1989.
     
  • Recognition of the 25 Year Employees. 15 game day employees who have worked for the Phillies for 25 years will be presented with a pin by Mike Stiles, Phillies Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. The 25 year employees are:
