33rd Annual OriolesREACH Holiday Party for Kids to be held next Tuesday, December 13

Manager Buck Showalter, Jake Arrieta, Zach Britton, Jeremy Guthrie and Brian Roberts expected to attend

Current and former Orioles will host 90 third and fourth graders from City Springs Elementary School in Baltimore as part of the 33rd Annual OriolesREACH Holiday Party for Kids next Tuesday, December 13, from 10:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Dave & Busters in the Arundel Mills Mall. The current Orioles will be joined by former O's Al Bumbry, Dave Johnson and Larry Sheets.

Players will serve lunch, play games with and sign autographs for the students. Johnson will play Santa Claus and deliver new, unopened gifts donated by the Orioles to each child. Students will play for free in the arcade room with the players courtesy of Dave & Busters.

Additionally, the Right Side Foundation, the personal charity of Nick and Christina Markakis, has made a financial contribution for the party and will provide a copy of the book The Polar Express as well as a new baseball glove for each child.

City Springs is located at 100 S. Caroline Street, Baltimore, MD 21231. Students were selected to attend based on a combination of attendance, good behavior, completion of assignments and adhering to the school dress code. This year's event marks the 33rd year the Orioles have held a holiday party for children from economically disadvantaged areas in Baltimore. A different school is selected each year.
