Cardinals option pitchers Blazek & Fornataro

The St. Louis Cardinals announced following today's game with the Tigers that they have optioned right-handed pitchers Michael Blazek and Eric Fornataro to the Memphis (AAA) roster.  Today's moves leave 43 players remaining in Major League camp for the Cardinals.

Each pitcher appeared in six Grapefruit League games and posted a 1.50 ERA with no decisions.
