The Kansas City Royals will take on the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim in a special 1:10 p.m. matinee game on Saturday, May 25. Following the game, the club will host the annual Faith & Family Day festivities presented by Hobby Lobby. Fans are encouraged to arrive at the ballpark early, as the first 10,000 fans will receive the first installment of the Hot Dog Derby Bobblehead series - Ketchup - presented by Hy-Vee and Farmland.

Faith & Family Day will feature postgame appearances and speeches by current Royals player Luke Hochevar and his teammates, Angels outfielder Josh Hamilton, who credits his Christian faith with helping to overcome his battles with substance abuse, and Scott Dawson from Safe at Home. Top performing Christian rock and modern worship group Crowder will then take the stage for a 45-minute concert.

All festivities will take place inside Kauffman Stadium following the game, and a game ticket is required for admittance.
