Washington Nationals to "Paint the Town Red" at 2013 Dream Gala

WHAT: The Washington Nationals and the Nationals Dream Foundation will "Paint the Town Red" at the eighth annual Dream Gala on Saturday, June 22 in the Shakespeare Theatre Company's Sidney Harman Hall. Guests will have the opportunity to mingle with Nationals players and coaches at the event, which serves as the primary fundraiser for the Dream Foundation.

New this year, the Dream Gala will feature two simultaneous receptions and silent auctions before the Theatre Program emceed by MASN analysts Bob Carpenter and F. P. Santangelo, as well as a live auction hosted by Nationals broadcasters Charlie Slowes and Dave Jageler. Guests and players will then enjoy dessert to close the evening's festivities.

The Annette M. and Theodore N. Family Foundation, Cushman & Wakefield, SWaN Investors, the Wagner Family and Whiting-Turner Contracting Company are all proud sponsors of this year's event.

To date, the Dream Gala has netted more than $3.1 million for the Dream Foundation's three cornerstone programs, all of which focus on children's health, education and recreation. A 501 (c)3 charitable organization, the Dream Foundation is committed to improving the lives of children throughout the Washington Capital Region through community partnerships.
