Homestand Highlights: August 5-14

The Kansas City Royals return to Kauffman Stadium for a 10-game homestand that begins against American League Central rival Minnesota (August 5-7). The Royals will also host the Boston Red Sox (August 8-11) and the Miami Marlins (August 12-14), both of which will be making their only appearance at Kauffman Stadium this season.

On August 7, the Royals will introduce a new seating section called GordoNation where fans can purchase tickets and get a special t-shirt featuring All-Star left fielder Alex Gordon. The Royals will also host #RoyalsSocial Media Night for the fans who follow the Royals on different social media platforms on August 8 and Husker Night for Nebraska fans on August 10. There will also be All You Can Eat Seats on August 8 and 13, Summer Fireworks on August 9 and a special T-Shirt Tuesday voted on by the fans featuring All-Star Salvador Perez on August 13.
