Figure Skating Show to be Held at Fenway Park on Monday, January 13
Morning Show Features Top U.S. Skaters and Concludes Citi Frozen Fenway Events at Fenway Park
BOSTON, MA - Fenway Sports Management today announced that it will host a figure skating show at Fenway Park on Monday, January 13, at 8:30 a.m. The show will feature 2011 U.S. Men's Champion Ryan Bradley, and Synchronized Skating Team "The Haydenettes." The event is free and open to the public.
Seating for the show will be located in the State Street Pavilion and EMC Clubs. Fans can enter through the 20 Yawkey Way entrance. Doors will open at 7:45 a.m. Snacks and beverages will be available for purchase.
The skating show is the first figure skating event to take place at Fenway Park and concludes Citi Frozen Fenway, a two-week series of skating, hockey, and sledding at the ballpark.
The figure skating show will feature the following skaters:
- 2011 U.S. Men's Champion, Ryan Bradley
- Senior Pairs Nationals Competitors, Alexandria Shaughnessy and Jimmy Morgan
- Senior Ladies Nationals Competitor, Yasmin Siraj
- The 2013 World Bronze Medalist, The Haydenettes Synchronized Skating Team
Additional skaters from the Skating Club of Boston will perform, as well as synchronized skating teams from the Hayden Recreation Center. The show is sanctioned by the Skating Club of Boston.
