Brewers announce 2014 promotional schedule

Six All Fan T-Shirt Friday giveaways join eight Sunday Bobblehead dates

The Milwaukee Brewers have announced the team's promotional schedule for the 2014 season. Numerous promotional opportunities are scheduled all season long as Miller Park promises to once again be the place to be throughout the spring and summer of 2014.
 
Eight All-Fan Bobblehead Giveaways and six All-Fan T-Shirt Fridays are planned at Miller Park this season. All fans will receive a unique Brewers t-shirt at every Friday home game during the months of June, July and August. Additional information about this year's All-Fan Giveaways is available at Brewers.com/allfans.

On Opening Day - Monday, March 31 vs. the Atlanta Braves - all fans in attendance will receive a Brewers magnetic schedule. The 6th Annual Weather Day at Miller Park will take place during the first homestand of the season on Wednesday, April 2. On this day, the Brewers team up with Discovery World, the Mitchell Park Domes, the Milwaukee Public Museum, Ready Wisconsin and Storm Team 4 meteorologists from TMJ4 for a day of learning, baseball and fun.
 
The "5-County, 5-Day Celebration" will take place from April 11-15. During this time, all residents of Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Washington and Waukesha counties can purchase select tickets at a 50% savings (excluding the Miller Lite Beerpen, All-Inclusive Areas and Uecker Seats). More great bargains are in store when the Brewers host "Spring Madness" from May 13-15, with savings of 50% on select tickets (excluding All-Inclusive Areas and Uecker Seats). For these three games against the Pittsburgh Pirates, small Pepsi products and Klement's hot dogs will be just $1 each.
 
Youth players will want to be in attendance for the popular Little League Night on Monday, June 23 as the Brewers open a series against the Washington Nationals. All Little Leaguers in uniform (registered in advance through local youth leagues) will have the opportunity to parade around the warning track in a pre-game ceremony. Other popular dates at Miller Park include Boy Scout Night (July 21 vs. Cincinnati), Girl Scout Night (July 25 vs. New York-NL) and American Legion Day (August 10 vs. Los Angeles-NL).
 
The 16th Annual Brewers Community Foundation 5K Famous Racing SausagesTMRun/Walk is scheduled for Saturday, July 26, starting at 8 a.m. at the Klement's Sausage Haus at Miller Park. All proceeds of the Run/Walk will support the programs of Brewers Community Foundation. For the $30 registration fee, participants receive a commemorative t-shirt, a Terrace Reserved ticket voucher good for one of eight Brewers 2014 home games, a bottle of Aquafina water, a Klement's hot dog and a beer for participants 21 and older. The overall top male finisher and the overall top female finisher also receive a year's worth of Klement's meat products.
 
Retro Fridays will again be designated for the first home Friday game of every month. They include: April 11 vs. Pittsburgh, May 9 vs. New York-AL, June 13 vs. Cincinnati, July 11 vs. St. Louis, August 8 vs. Los Angeles-NL and September 5 vs. St. Louis. Autograph Saturdays for Kids presented by U.S. Bank®, which is designated for kids 14 and under, will return on select Saturdays throughout the season. These dates include: April 12 vs. Pittsburgh, May 10 vs. New York-AL, June 14 vs. Cincinnati, July 12 vs. St. Louis and August 9 vs. Los Angeles-NL. Prior to these games, select Brewers players and coaches will sign autographs. 
 
In addition, the Prairie Farms Dairy Kids Base Run will take place after Sunday home games for kids 16 and under. Seniors will get their turn to round the bases following afternoon games on May 7 vs. Arizona, June 25 vs. Washington and July 23 vs. Cincinnati. 
 
The annual Cerveceros Day is set for Sunday, August 10 vs. the Los Angeles Dodgers.
 
Additional popular promotional items throughout the season include the "Plant a Tree" program on May 7, in which 7,000 fans receive a tree seedling, compliments of the Wisconsin DNR; a MillerCoors Brewers pennant on July 12; Potawatomi Brewers umbrella on August 23, and much more. Fan Appreciation Night will take place on Saturday, September 27.
