Indians recall INF Justin Sellers; place INF Lonnie Chisenall on paternity list

CLEVELAND, OH - The Cleveland Indians today announced the following roster moves relative to the Major League roster:

Recalled INF JUSTIN SELLERS (#1) from Triple-A Columbus.

Placed INF LONNIE CHISENHALL on the Paternity List

Sellers, 28, was acquired on March 2 from the Los Angeles Dodgers and appeared in 13 games this spring with Cleveland, hitting .450 (9-200 with 3 doubles & 3RBI. He opened the season at Triple-A Columbus (6 games, .158, 3-for-19), appearing in 4 games at shortstop and 2 games at third base.

Chisenhall remained in Cleveland with his wife, Meredith. Lonnie has hit in all five games he has appeared in this year (.400, 6-for-15). Players can remain on the Paternity List for a period of 1-to-3 days.
