Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of station judges including Bobby Z, drummer for Prince and the Revolution and host of the "The Sound" (Sunday nights at 8 p.m.) on 96.3 K-TWIN, which features Minnesota artists and their works.
The station judges and Bobby Z will select three finalists. Fans will then get the opportunity to vote for their favorite of the three bands, with the winner performing live at Target Field on Wednesday, Sept. 24. Fans should stay tuned to 96.3 K-TWIN for more information.
"We're looking forward to hearing some of the cool and unique music local bands submit for 'The Sound Factor' contest," said Bobby Z. "We'll play some of the submissions on my show, 'The Sound,' and one lucky winner will get to play in front of thousands of fans at Target Field."
