Three teams vie for championship title at Phillies Softball Carpenter Cup on Thursday, June 25
WHAT: The top female high school softball players from three franchises are still alive and will compete for the championship title of the 10th annual Phillies Softball Carpenter Cup on Thursday, June 25, starting at 9:00 a.m. at FDR Park in South Philadelphia.
Undefeated Jersey Shore has already advanced to the Championship Game and will wait for the winner of Inter-Ac vs. Tri-Cape.
Now in its 10th year, the four day, 30-game Phillies Softball Carpenter Cup tournament featured 16 teams representing 17 different leagues. The tournament also gives softball players the chance to compete in front of college scouts.
