Six-game homestand highlighted by First Responders Day, Star Wars Day, Paul Goldschmidt All-Star t-shirt and D-backs back-to-school backpack giveaways

FIRST RESPONDERS NIGHT:
Representatives from both the Phoenix Fire Department and Phoenix Police Department will be honored throughout the game. The Phoenix Chief of Police Daniel Garza and Phoenix Fire Chief Kara Kalkbrenner will both throw out the ceremonial first pitch. In addition, members from both the Phoenix Fire Department and Police Department will be recognized on the field during a special pregame ceremony. The D-backs will present a check for $10,000 to the 100 Club of Arizona Survivor Fund to assist the families of our fallen heroes.
 
FIRST RESPONDERS 50% OFF: The D-backs are offering 50 percent off single-game ticket prices for all active or retired fire and police personnel with valid ID. All-You-Can-Eat tickets are excluded from this offer and can only be redeemed for up to four tickets.
 
SPECIAL OLYMPICS TORCH RUN PARADE: The D-backs will recognize Special Olympics Athletes and Law Enforcement officials that participated in the annual Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics held in Phoenix earlier this year. The participants will be recognized during a pregame parade around the warning track.

PLAY BALL FUND: As a part of the on-going D-backs Give Back charitable efforts, the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation will recognize Play Ball grant recipients during a special pregame ceremony on the field. Throughout the season, the Play Ball Fund, supported by Chase and Western Refining, will award teams, leagues and organizations $1,000 in grants for equipment, training resources and more. The D-backs will present up to 10 grants per month totaling $10,000.
 
HELLO HUMANKINDNESS: The D-backs will recognize a person in the community who has done a good deed and was nominated through the Hello HumanKindness campaign in partnership with Dignity Health Arizona after the D-backs game and prior to the Fireworks show.
 
COORS LIGHT FRIDAY NIGHTS: D-backs fans can enjoy happy hour drink specials and music from 4:30-6:30 p.m. in the Coors Light Strike Zone. All fans are welcomed to the refurbished Coors Light Strike Zone during Happy Hour.
 
HELPFUL HONDA FRIDAYS:
At every Friday home game, the Helpful Honda team will greet fans along the plaza with game day essentials, such as personal misters and sunscreen. They will also surprise fans with $20 D-bucks gift cards and some lucky Honda owners will receive seat upgrades to enjoy the game from a luxury suite, complete with free food and drinks. In addition, 50 Honda cars will receive complimentary parking at the Chase Field Garage on Helpful Honda Fridays. The Helpful Honda team will also lead D-backs fans in the singing of "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" during the 7th Inning stretch and game-goers are invited to stop by the Chase Field Rotunda to view the latest Honda vehicle on display.

D-BACKS EXPRESS: The D-backs offer a hassle-free way to see a D-backs game for fans in Tucson. A luxury bus will pick up fans at the Foothills Mall (located on the Southwest corner parking area between the food court and Outback Steakhouse) in Tucson and drops off fans in front of Chase Field. STAR WARS DAY: Fans will be greeted by various Star Wars characters as they enter the stadium and throughout the game, fans can enjoy Star Wars-themed music and headshots of D-backs players on dbTV. Fans that dress up in Star Wars costumes can take part in a pregame parade around the warning track. ROTARY DAY: The D-backs will recognize members from the over 100 Rotary Clubs in Arizona during a special pregame ceremony on the field to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Rotarians in Arizona. The members are a global network of more than 1 million community volunteers whose motto is Service Above Self.
 
ATTORNEY GENERAL YOUTH TOBACCO PROGRAM: The D-backs will recognize more than 70 youth volunteers who have participated in the Attorney General's Counter Strike program during a pregame ceremony. Since 2002 the Attorney General's Office has partnered with the Arizona Department of Health Services to develop the Counter Strike program to keep tobacco out of the hands of Arizona youth. The program's goal is to reduce youth access to tobacco in retail outlets by systematically monitoring retailer compliance with state laws which prohibit the sale of tobacco products to minors. The program also serves to coordinate and encourage local enforcement with those laws.
 
SUNDAY SLUGGERS NO CHEW CREW SHOW presented by DELTA DENTAL: No Chew Crew Show, presented by Delta Dental, is free to children 15 and younger who pledge awareness of the harmful effects of spit tobacco. No Chew Crew members can enjoy a show with Baxter, hosted by Mike and Vanessa along with Bobby Freeman, from 11:45 a.m.-12:15 p.m. in the Sandlot. No Chew Crew members receive a free ticket to every Sunday game and a toothbrush, courtesy of Delta Dental, when they pledge awareness of the harmful effects of spit tobacco. KIDS RUN THE BASES FOR PCH: Kids ages 15 and younger are invited to run the bases after the game and can line up on the ramps near section 110 immediately following the game. The Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation will donate $1 to Phoenix Children's Hospital for every kid that crosses home plate. Chance Peterson will serve as line leader. Peterson was diagnosed with kidney obstruction at four years old and now at eight, he serves as the Phoenix Children's Advisory Board's youngest member.

MILITARY AND FIRST RESPONDERS 50% OFF SUNDAYS: Every Sunday home game, the D-backs offer 50 percent off single-game ticket prices for all military active duty, reserve, retired and veterans, as well as active or retired fire and police personnel with valid ID. All-You-Can-Eat tickets are excluded from this offer and can only be redeemed for up to four tickets.
 
FOX SPORTS ARIZONA/SANDERSON FORD KIDKASTER: One lucky kid will have the opportunity to work in the FOX Sports booth for a half-inning, Arizona Sports 98.7 FM booth for a portion of the game and work as the PA announcer during the second inning when the D-backs are up to bat. The KidKaster winner will also get a tour of the FOX Sports Arizona production truck, appear on the pregame show and interview a D-backs player. JERSEY BOYS CAST TO SING NATIONAL ANTHEM: The cast of the Jersey Boys will sing the national anthem. The Jersey Boys cast is currently in town performing at ASU Gammage daily through August 2.
 
NASCAR DRIVERS DYLAN KWASNIEWSKI AND BEN KENNEDY: Fans can check out NASCAR stock cars driven by Nationwide Series driver Dylan Kwasniewski and Truck Series driver Ben Kennedy that will be on display in the Rotunda. Kwasniewski and Kennedy will participate in several in-game activities.
 
FRY'S D-BACKS REWARDS CEREMONIAL FIRST PITCH: Fry's D-backs Rewards winner Joseph Bochenek will throw out the ceremonial first pitch. Bochenek won the opportunity by redeeming his Fry's D-backs rewards points at a local Fry's Food Stores.
 
ARIZONA ALL-STARS: The D-backs will recognize youth sports leagues in a pregame ceremony. The event also serves as a fundraiser for youth sports teams. Last year, the program raised more than $85,000 that went back to Little Leagues across the state of Arizona.
 
A-GAME ALL-STARS: The D-backs will recognize 10 part-time employees for their hard work and dedication to the organization in a pregame ceremony that includes a photo with D-backs President & CEO Derrick Hall and a D-backs player.
 
ALL-STAR BALLOT WINNERS: The D-backs will recognize the top five fans that filled out the most All-Star ballots at Chase Field. The winners will be presented with All-Star gift packs that include National League All-Star jerseys, baseballs and programs signed by D-backs All-Star Paul Goldschmidt.

IRISH HERITAGE NIGHT: The D-backs will host Irish Heritage Night featuring Celtic music band RUNA singing the national anthem. RUNA received the "Top Group" Award at the 2013 Irish Music Awards.

PAUL GOLDSCHMIDT BLEACHER CREATURE: The Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation and Paul Goldschmidt have teamed up to launch a "Bleacher Creature" program to raise money to benefit Phoenix Children's Hospital through Paul Goldschmidt's new fund, Goldy's Fund 4 Kids.
