Atlanta Braves announce "BP Under the Lights" Night at Turner Field

Special event invites fans to take batting practice on the field following the July 27 game

ATLANTA – The Atlanta Braves announced today that fans will have the opportunity to take the field like their favorite big leaguers during the inaugural “BP Under the Lights” following the Braves vs. St. Louis Cardinals game on July 27 at 3:05 p.m.

This unique opportunity will have fans take the field post-game alongside former Braves legends Marquis Grissom, Pete Smith and Zane Smith acting as coaches. Each BP Under the Lights package will include a dugout game ticket along with the batting practice experience allowing patrons to shag fly balls in the outfield, bat from the player’s-level view in the on-field cage, interact with Braves alumni and take photos from the Braves dugout. This program is an exclusive recreation of a real Major League batting practice experience, so space is limited.

Ticket packages are $425 per person and include the batting practice experience and a game ticket to watch the matchup against the St. Louis Cardinals. Family and friends will have the opportunity to watch the post-game batting practice from the stands with their game ticket. Additional accompanying guest tickets are $79.

BP Under the Lights participants must be 18 years of age. For additional information and to purchase tickets for this exclusive event, please visit www.braves.com/underthelights or by calling 404-614-2196.
