Pierzynski, Braves need support on ballot
Though Freddie Freeman got it going last week, the Braves did not have any players listed when the latest update of the 2015 Esurance MLB All-Star Game Ballot was released on Tuesday afternoon.
A.J. Pierzynski had been the only Braves player listed among the leaders at respective positions when the two previous updates were released. But Pierzynksi no longer ranks among the top five National League catchers.
Freeman ranks among the top five NL first basemen in batting average, home runs and slugging percentage. But he still has not received enough votes to be listed among the top five NL first basemen in this year's All-Star balloting.
Fans can cast their votes for starters at MLB.com and all 30 club sites -- on their computers, tablets and smartphones -- using the 2015 Esurance MLB All-Star Game Ballot until Thursday, July 2, at 11:59 p.m. ET. For the first time, voting is exclusively online, where fans may submit up to 35 ballots.

Following the announcement of the 2015 All-Stars, be sure to return to MLB.com and cast your 2015 Esurance MLB All-Star Game Final Vote for the final player for each league's All-Star roster.
