Cleveland Indians announce refund procedures for fans who purchased ALDS tickets
Single-Game buyer refunds depend on method and location of purchase; Season Ticket Holders will receive email information on Postseason purchases
Cleveland, OH - The Cleveland Indians on Thursday announced refund procedures for Single-Game Ticket buyers for American League Division Series games at Progressive Field.
Refunds only will be issued via the original payment method, and will depend on where fans purchased tickets:
- Internet purchases will be automatically refunded.
- Phone purchases will be automatically refunded.
- App purchases will be automatically refunded.
- Team Shop purchases made with a credit card can be refunded at the Team Shop at which the tickets were purchased.
- Note: Fans must have tickets with them for refunds.
- Team Shop purchases made with cash only can be refunded at the Progressive Field Ticket Office.
- Note: Fans must have tickets with them for refunds.
- Progressive Field Ticket Office purchases must returned to the Progressive Field Ticket Office for refunds (cash and credit).
- Note: Fans must have tickets with them for refunds.
- Ticketmaster outlet purchases must be returned to the outlet they were purchased from for refunds (cash or credit).
- Note: Fans must have tickets with them for refunds.
Indians Season Ticket Holders soon will receive information via email regarding their Postseason ticket purchases.
