Frazier launches two homers for Hillcats

Indians No. 2 prospect notches an RBI in each of his first three at-bats for Class A Advanced Lynchburg

Clint Frazier smacked two home runs and helped Class A Advanced Lynchburg coast to an 8-2 win over Frederick on Tuesday night.

The Indians' No. 2 prospect (No. 39 overall) swatted solo shots in the fourth and sixth innings and also added a single to finish 3-for-4 with three RBIs. Frazier notched an RBI on a groundout in his first at-bat. The homers were his 14th and 15th of the year and he's hitting .288 for the Hillcats.

Frazier had an impressive 12-game hitting streak going until last Thursday, when he began a 3-for-18 run that ended with his two-homer performance Tuesday. He has four multi-hit games in August.

Drafted No. 5 overall by Cleveland in 2013, Frazier has set career highs in several categories this season: home runs (15), RBIs (67), doubles (32), walks (60) and stolen bases (13).
