Dodgers Recall Yimi Garcia

LOS ANGELES - The Los Angeles Dodgers today recalled right-handed pitcher Yimi Garcia from Triple-A Oklahoma City and also removed today's starting pitcher, Zack Greinke, from the paternity list.

Garcia, 24, will make his second stint with the Dodgers after making his first Opening Day roster this season. Garcia is 3-2 with one save and a 4.10 ERA (17 ER/ 37.1 IP) in a team-high 40 games (one start) with the club this season. He last pitched on Thursday at Triple-A Omaha (Royals), throwing a scoreless inning of relief, and has appeared in four games for OKC this season. Garcia has recorded 53 strikeouts in 37.1 innings.
