Dodgers to televise all spring games on new network
Scully to call inaugural broadcast Feb. 26 against D-backs on SportsNet LA
LOS ANGELES -- The Dodgers will televise Spring Training games daily this year on their new network, SportsNet LA, with Hall of Fame broadcaster Vin Scully calling the inaugural game on Wednesday, Feb. 26, at noon PT against the D-backs.
"It is an incredible honor to have the remarkable opportunity to call the very first game on the Dodger network," Scully said in a release.
"The Dodgers' new ownership group has done a wonderful job assembling a team to make SportsNet LA what every Dodger fan deserves, a television network just for them. I'm humbled to be a part of it."

"It's incredibly perfect that Vin will help us make Dodger history yet again as we launch the first-ever Dodgers-only TV network, SportsNet LA. We're so excited to be able to connect with Dodger fans on SportsNet LA on a whole new level by giving them 24/7 access to the team."
SportsNet LA will air 22 Spring Training games live, including the Dodgers' three Freeway Series exhibition games against the Angels. SportsNet LA, which launches Feb. 25, will be available on Time Warner Cable.
The network also announced that its live daily studio show, "Access SportsNet: Dodgers," will air at 7 p.m. PT nightly during Spring Training. The show will be hosted live from the SportsNet LA studios in El Segundo, Calif., with contributions from the SportsNet LA on-air team live in Glendale, Ariz.
John Hartung will anchor, alongside longtime Dodgers announcer Charley Steiner and Dodgers alumni Orel Hershiser, Nomar Garciaparra and Jerry Hairston Jr., and reporter Alanna Rizzo.
Five-time Emmy Award winner Glenn Diamond will produce Dodger sgames on the network. The Los Angeles native brings to SportsNet LA more than 31 years of national baseball production experience, having produced postseason and national games for TBS as well as local game coverage for the Braves.
