Fans encouraged to use Rally Bus to travel to games

Service will help take multiple cars off the road and eliminate parking hassles

DETROIT -- The Dodgers are encouraging fans attending home games to utilize Rally Bus for transportation to and from Dodger Stadium.

Through its website, MajorLeagueBus.com, Rally Bus sells individual seats on luxury charter buses from 20 cities surrounding Los Angeles. Fan pickup points are customized by demand.

"The Dodgers are excited to get behind MajorLeagueBus.com, which is offering another fan-friendly option to get to and from Dodger Stadium," said Dodgers senior vice president of external affairs, Renata Simril. "Fans can leave the driving to the Rally Bus team, and included in the price of the ride, fans will receive a $10 Sports Authority card. Not only is this a great value, it's a fun and easy experience as well."

Rally Bus estimates a fully-loaded coach takes between 20-35 vehicles off the road. The buses take express lanes where allowed and drop off passengers next to entrances, eliminating parking hassles. The service begins Thursday night with the homestand against the Padres.
