Indians promote LHP TJ House from AAA

CLEVELAND, OH - The Cleveland Indians today announced the following roster moves relative to the Major League roster:

Recalled LHP TJ HOUSE (#58) from the AAA Columbus Clippers.

Optioned LHP NICK HAGADONE to AAA Columbus.

House, 24, will make his 6th start of the 2014 season for Cleveland today in Safeco Field vs. the Seattle Mariners. Today marks his third stint with Cleveland in 2014 (May 17-19, May 22-June 15), going 0-1 with a 4.88ERA in six previous outings (5GS, 27.2IP, 35H, 16R/15ER, 8BB, 17K). Around his time in Cleveland he has gone 1-3 with a 3.20 ERA in 9 starts for AAA Columbus (50.2IP, 46H, 18ER, 15BB, 40K, .247AVG). His last big league start came on June 14 vs. Boston (ND, 5.1IP, 7H, 2R/ER).
