Indians recall RHP Carlos Carrasco from Columbus; option RHP Joe Martinez to AAA
The Cleveland Indians today announced the following roster moves relative to the Major League roster:
Recalled RHP CARLOS CARRASCO from AAA Columbus.
Optioned RHP JOE MARTINEZ to AAA Columbus.
Carrasco (#59) begins his third stint with Cleveland today, making his 6th start/appearance vs. Detroit at 4:05 PM ET. So far with the Indians over his previous 5 starts he is 0-3 w/a 8.17 ERA (25.1IP, 37H, 23R/ER, 12BB, 13K).
