Bour caps comeback with another 3-run HR
Hits third shot of series after Fernandez goes deep
MIAMI -- Trailing the visiting Giants by two runs in the bottom of the fifth, Marlins starter Jose Fernandez jolted the offense with a surprising leadoff home run. A few batters later, first baseman Justin Bour channeled that energy for the deciding blast in Miami's 5-4 series-sweeping win on Thursday.
"That home run got everyone pumped up," Bour said of Fernandez's homer.
The Giants took a 3-1 lead into the fifth. However, the 22-year-old Fernandez, who was making his return to the Majors from Tommy John Surgery, jumped on a Matt Cain fastball and went yard in just his second at-bat of the season.

"It was a checkpoint for us," said third baseman Miguel Rojas, who went 3-for-4 with a triple. "It made us feel like we can do it. It was huge."
Christian Yelich then walked with one out, before Adeiny Hechavarria followed with a single. That set up Bour, who provided the big hit for the second straight game.
The lefty -- who hit a walk-off three-run homer in the ninth inning on Wednesday -- crushed Cain's fastball into the right-field seats for a three-run shot to give the Marlins a 5-3 lead.
"That was a situation where the guys in front of me did a great job of getting on base," Bour said. "I'm not really looking to hit a home run in that situation. I'm looking to get the next guy up and fortunately it went out for me."

Marlins manager Dan Jennings added: "Justin Bour, what can you say? This guy is swinging the bat right now and coming up huge in big spots. He's producing and it's good to see."
The homer was Bour's ninth of the season and marked his third in his last three games. While his thunder ultimately proved to be the difference Thursday afternoon, it certainly received a boost from Fernandez's lightning.
"JB was able to give us the lead there," said Yelich, who went 1-for-2 with two walks. "But [Fernandez's home run] was a good way to start the inning, and we were able to build on it."
