Omaha Storm Chasers (9-6)

Omaha scored six in the third, however, Memphis produced a pair of four-run frames on Friday at Werner Park. Moises Sierra posted two hits and three RBI, raising his average to .379 (22-for-58). Francisco Pena added two RBI, while Gabriel Noriega had two singles and two runs. Chris Dwyer pitched 3.1 scoreless innings in relief, yielding two hits and two walks with three strikeouts. Louis Coleman (2.0 IP) has worked 8.2 scoreless innings on the year.

NW Arkansas Naturals (6-8)

Tulsa 3, NW Arkansas 2

HR: Angel Franco (1)

The Naturals lost a second straight at Tulsa. Angel Franco led off the game with his first homer of the year. He doubled in the fifth and later scored, putting Northwest Arkansas on top at 2-1. The lead was short-lived as Tulsa scored in the home half and moved ahead an inning later. Franco raised his average to .341 (14-for-41). Wichita State alum Dusty Coleman added two hits and is batting .419 (18-for-43). Andy Ferguson (5.0 IP, 2 R, 1 ER) struck out six while allowing his first earned run of the year. He has a 0.64 ERA through 14.0 innings.

Wilmington Blue Rocks (7-8)

Frederick 4, Wilmington 3 (11 innings)

HR: None

Wilmington held leads in the eighth and 10th innings before falling in 11. Zane Evans drove in all three runs as he recorded RBI singles in the seventh, eighth and 10th. Jack Lopez added three hits and a run. Starter Luis Rico held the Keys to a run over 6.0 innings, scattering six hits and a walk with five strikeouts.

Lexington Legends (5-11)

West Virginia 7, Lexington 2
LP: Zach Lovvorn (0-2)
HR: None

The Legends dropped to 0-3 in a five-game set as West Virginia built a 7-0 lead. Ashton Goudeau pitched well in relief for Lexington, scattering two hits with two strikeouts over 4.0 scoreless frames. Brandon Downes doubled twice and drove in a run. Elier Hernandez added two singles and an RBI. Downes is ranked 14th among Royals prospects by MLB.com while Hernandez is ranked 22nd.
