Kemp homers in Minor League game

SYDNEY -- Dodgers outfielder Matt Kemp, who officially hit the disabled list when the Dodgers set their roster for Saturday's season opener, went 2-for-4 with a home run and a double in a Triple-A game against the White Sox on Friday.

"I'm getting my work in and getting ready for the season," he said. "I felt pretty good. Today was a good day."

Kemp is rehabbing from ankle and shoulder operations.

Also in Arizona are pitchers Zack Greinke and Dan Haren , both of whom manager Don Mattingly said will start exhibition games against the Angels next week. Greinke is scheduled to pitch on Thursday at Dodger Stadium, and Haren will pitch either Friday in L.A. or Saturday in Anaheim.

Mattingly said the club, which returns from Australia on Sunday afternoon, will be off on Monday, work out on Tuesday and play an intrasquad game on Wednesday.
