Gibson ejected after umpires' review
PHOENIX -- An umpires' review did not go the D-backs' way in the ninth inning of Monday's 9-3 loss to the Brewers.
With his team up, 6-3, Brewers center fielder Elian Herrera attempted to steal third. He was initially ruled safe by third-base umpire Will Little, and after a lengthy review, the call stood.
Manager Kirk Gibson, who'd unsuccessfully challenged a call in the seventh inning, argued the result of the replay and was quickly ejected -- the eighth ejection of his career.
