Mexican food, scoopable candy, Hood ice cream sundae bar, and fresh fruit cart added to August & September Fenway Park menu
D'Angelo Lobster Rolls now available to fans in the Green Monster seats; New locations added for Tasty Burger and Corn & Co.
The Red Sox and Aramark, Fenway Park's concessionaire, will introduce, for the rest of the season, added menu options as well as expanded locations for some of the ballpark's more popular items.
OLÉ, OLÉ! Mexican food - including burritos, tacos, churros, and loaded made-to-order nachos - will be served on the Big Concourse's lower level across from the Dunkin Donuts stand.
CANDY EVERYBODY WANTS: Swedish Fish, Sour Patch Kids, toffee, and other popular candies will be nearby on the Big Concourse's upper level. Fans will have the opportunity to fill bags or mini baseball helmets with their choice of candy treats. Homemade cookies and brownies will also be available.
WE ALL SCREAM: Two build-your-own Hood ice cream sundae bars - one near the WEEI Booth inside Gate C and the other on the Left Field Deck beneath the Coca-Cola Deck - will give fans the opportunity to add sprinkles, Oreos, cherries, bananas, candy toppings, hot fudge and caramel to a generous serving of Hood soft-serve ice cream in a souvenir helmet.
DESPERATELY SEEKING...FRUIT: For those seeking a healthy refreshment, a revamped fresh fruit cart in the Big Concourse will offer seasonal fruits, leading off with watermelon.
LOBSTAH ON THE MONSTAH: In addition, the popular D'Angelo Lobster Rolls will now be available on the Green Monster seats.
TASTY ROOKIE OF THE YEAR: The 2014 candidate for "Rookie Menu Item of the Year," Tasty Burger, will open a second location in Fenway Park, this one behind the bleachers near Gate C, across the park from its original location on the Third Base Deck.
BECAUSE IT'S ALL CORNY: Corn & Co. will have a new kettle corn stand near Gate B and an expanded variety of flavors at their Gate A location.
FOR A GOOD CAUSE: To help celebrate Jimmy Fund Month at Fenway Park, three concession specials will be offered throughout the ballpark with a portion of the proceeds donated to the Jimmy Fund. The Jimmy Fund specials include a bacon cheeseburger with a side of fries; chicken nuggets topped with melted cheese and a side of fries; and a pizza special with a slice of cheese, pepperoni, or specialty pizza that comes with cracker jacks. All three of these meal specials come with a choice of soda or bottled water, and are priced at $15.
