Peace Bridge lit up for Blue Jays, Bisons

The Peace Bridge connecting the United States and Canada will be illuminated in Toronto Blue Jays and Buffalo Bisons team colors for the second straight night Thursday, recognizing the new partnership between the two clubs.

The bridge, which connects the cities of Buffalo, N.Y., and Fort Erie, Ontario, was initially lit up Wednesday night, alternating between the two teams' colors from 9 p.m.-1 a.m. ET.

The lights will again be on display Thursday during those same hours in celebration of the Bisons' season-opener against the Rochester Red Wings earlier in the day.

This offseason, the Blue Jays reached a two-year agreement with Buffalo to make the Bisons their Triple-A affiliate through the 2014 season.
