Rays host Rangers and Yankees during eight-game homestand

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.-The Tampa Bay Rays return to Tropicana Field on Thursday to begin the first of two four-game series. The Rays will host the Texas Rangers from May 7-10 and the New York Yankees from May 11-14.

The Rays-Rangers series opens on Thursday, May 7 with a 7:10 p.m. contest and continues Friday at 7:10 p.m. Prior to Friday's game, United States Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus will deliver the game's ceremonial first pitch. Mabus, who leads the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps, will also administer the oath of enlistment to approximately 35 new recruits on the field following batting practice.

When gates open for Saturday's 6:10 p.m. game, all fans will receive an Evan Longoria Walkup Music Bobblehead, presented by Sun Sports, while supplies last.

Prior to Sunday's 1:10 p.m. game, all women will receive a special Rays Mother's Day Picture Frame, while supplies last.

The Rays and Yankees begin their four-game set on Monday, May 11 at 7:10 p.m. The three remaining games in the series are also scheduled to begin at 7:10 p.m.

FAMILY FUN DAY-Every Rays Sunday home game features free parking for cars with four or more passengers and a variety of free activities for kids on the concourse. Postgame also features Kids Run the Bases and a DJ Kitty Kids Party.

GATES OPEN-Monday through Thursday, one-and-a-half hours prior to game time; Friday through Sunday, two hours prior to game time.
