Omaha Storm Chasers (58-39)

Oklahoma City 7, Omaha 6 (10 innings)

Omaha let a 6-2 lead slip away and they dropped a 10-inning matinee. Doug Davis (6 IP, 9 H, 5 ER, 0 BB, 5 SO) limited the RedHawks to two runs until the sixth, when Brett Wallace belted a three-run homer. Tony Abreu was 3-for-5 with two runs scored.

NW Arkansas Naturals (42-52, 5-19 in the second half)

HR: Brian Fletcher (5 with Northwest Arkansas, 10 overall)

Arkansas plated three in the ninth to defeat the Naturals in Springdale. The rally denied Sugar Ray Marimon of his first Double-A win. Marimon scattered two runs on four hits and three walks over six innings. Fletcher followed his multi-homer game on Monday with a two-run shot in the first. Fletcher and Kevin Kouzmanoff finished with two hits apiece.

Wilmington Blue Rocks (41-54, 12-13 in the second half)

Myrtle Beach 7, Wilmington 2
LP: Brooks Pounders (2-3)
HR: Cheslor Cuthbert (7)

Wilmington lost its second straight game as the Pelicans scored two in the first and never trailed. Pounders was charged with five runs on seven hits and a walk over two innings. Tyler Sample held the Pelicans scoreless on four hits and a walk over the final three frames. Juan Graterol singled home Brett Eibner in the second for Wilmington's first run. Cuthbert added a solo homer in the eighth.

Kane County Cougars (48-46 overall, 14-10 in the second half)

The entire Midwest League had Tuesday off. Kane County is at Bowling Green (Rays) tonight.

Idaho Falls Chukars (12-17)

Great Falls 9, Idaho Falls 4
LP: Ali Williams (2-2)
HR: Diego Goris (1 with Idaho Falls, 4 overall)

Idaho Falls scored four in the ninth, but could not avoid a four-game sweep at home. Ali Williams allowed five runs on five hits and two walks over three innings. Goris recorded three hits, including a solo homer. He is batting a combined .418 (38-for-91) with Surprise and Idaho Falls. Adalberto Mondesi added two RBI.

Burlington Royals (16-8)

Burlington 4, Danville 2
WP: Colin Rodgers (2-0)
SV: John Walter (3)
HR: Henry Moreno (3)

Burlington (16-8) moved percentage points ahead of Danville (18-10) in the East Division race. Cam Gallagher was 3-for-4 with an RBI. Henry Moreno had two hits, including a two-run blast. Colin Rodgers (5 IP, 1 H, 0 ER, 1 BB, 4 SO) lowered his ERA to 0.92 (2 ER in 19.2 IP).

Surprise Royals (8-12)

Surprise was off on Tuesday. They host the Arizona Angels tonight.
