Jason Bourgeois broke a 4-4 tie with a homer in the eighth as Omaha earned a 2-2 split. The Storm Chasers scored all five runs via the long ball as Wil Myers and Anthony Seratelli hit two-run shots. Myers is second in the Minors in home runs, trailing only Toledo's Brad Eldred, who entered Tuesday with 22. Mike Montgomery allowed four runs (three earned) over 4 2/3 innings.
NW Arkansas Naturals (29-27)
The Naturals traveled home on Tuesday after sweeping Frisco. They host Arkansas (Angels) on Wednesday.
Wilmington Blue Rocks (28-29)
Wilmington 5, Carolina 2

Sugar Ray Marimon tossed seven shutout innings as Wilmington won a second straight over Carolina. Marimon limited the Mudcats to three hits and two walks while lowering his ERA to 1.95 (12 earned runs in 55 1/3 innings). Wilmington broke open a 1-0 game with four runs in the fifth inning, including a pair on Whit Merrifield's triple.
Kane County Cougars (30-28)
The Cougars enjoyed an off-day at home. They host Quad Cities (Cardinals) on Wednesday.
