Omaha Storm Chasers (33-28)

Matt Fields drove in all six runs in a home win. His two-run shot in the seventh gave Omaha a 2-1 lead. He has four home runs and 13 RBIs over his last four games. Oklahoma City's Carlos Perez tied the game at 2-2 with an eighth-inning homer off of Louis Coleman. Fields finished the scoring with a grand slam in the home half. Paulo Orlando added three hits, raising his average to .347 (75-for-216). John Lamb left in line for the win after allowing a lone run over 6.0 innings. He struck out three while scattering four hits and two walks.

NW Arkansas Naturals (20-39)

Northwest Arkansas 5, Tulsa 4

Northwest Arkansas won the finale of a four-game set behind a strong start from J.C. Sulbaran. The righty struck out five over 6.1 innings, allowing one run, four hits and two walks. Mark Threlkeld posted three hits, two RBIs and a run. Veteran Max Ramirez two doubles, two RBIs, a walk and a run.

Wilmington Blue Rocks (29-31)

Potomac 11, Wilmington 10

HR: Bubba Starling (3)

The Blue Rocks lost a back-and-forth game as Potomac plated five in the ninth. Every Wilmington batter recorded at least one hit, with seven players scoring. Seventh-ranked Royals prospect Bubba Starling gave Wilmington a 4-3 lead with a grand slam in the third. Hunter Dozier recorded his 11th multi-hit game in his last 14 contests. The sixth-ranked Royals prospect is batting .452 (28-for-62) since May 20, lifting his season average from .230 to .301 over the span. Michael Antonio added two hits, two RBIs and a run.

Lexington Legends (25-36)

Augusta 8, Lexington 7

Lexington dropped to 0-2 as Augusta overcame a 6-2 deficit with a six-run seventh. The inning opened with three walks, followed by a grand slam. Starter Luis Rico fanned four and held Augusta to two unearned runs over 5.0 innings. Alfredo Escalera posted four hits, an RBI and two runs. Mauricio Ramos had three hits and three RBIs.
