Omaha Storm Chasers (14-12)

The Storm Chasers were held to a season-low three hits in a matinee that included a one hour, 47-minute rain delay. Jackson hit his first home run of 2015, a solo shot in the third. J.C. Boscan added an RBI single in the seventh. Blanton recorded a season-high seven strikeouts while allowing three runs, five hits and three walks over seven innings.

NW Arkansas Naturals (17-9)

NW Arkansas 8, Springfield 4
WP: Miguel Almonte (2-1)
HR: Bubba Starling (2 with NW Arkansas, 4 overall)

The Naturals won a matinee, extending their franchise-best winning streak to 11 games. No. 13 prospect Starling homered for a second straight day, capping a three-run seventh as Northwest Arkansas built a 7-0 lead. Angel Franco was 4-for-5 with a double and a run, extending his hitting streak to eight games (.410, 16-for-39). No. 5 prospect Almonte won a second straight start, tossing five scoreless innings with four hits, two walks and two strikeouts.

Wilmington Blue Rocks (13-11)

Wilmington at Potomac -- Doubleheader postponed by rain

The Blue Rocks were rained out for a second straight day. A doubleheader is scheduled for tonight beginning at 5 p.m. ET. The second rainout will be made up later in May.

Lexington Legends (10-16)

Charleston 3, Lexington 1
LP: Colin Rodgers (1-3)
HR: Wander Franco (1)

The Legends lost Game 1 vs. Charleston. Rodgers held the RiverDogs to two unearned runs, five hits and two walks with two strikeouts over five innings. Franco homered in the second to give Lexington a 1-0 lead. Ryan O'Hearn led the Legends with two hits.
