Omaha dropped to 0-2 in the series, trailing all evening as Oklahoma City scored six in the first. Christian Binford settled in after the opening frame, holding OKC to two hits over his final four innings. Brian Broderick and Joe Paterson followed with 2.0 scoreless innings apiece. Jose Martinez was 2-for-3 with a double and a run scored.

NW Arkansas Naturals (17-11)

The first of 28 matchups in the season series between Northwest Arkansas and Arkansas was postponed due to rain in North Little Rock. A doubleheader is scheduled for today, beginning at 1:00 p.m.

Wilmington evened a home set at a game apiece. Blue Spring native Logan Moon was 2-for-2 with a triple, RBI, two walks and two runs. He stole two bases, including home on a double steal in the second. Frank Schwindel added a solo homer in the fourth. Luke Farrell fanned seven and walked none, allowing two runs through 5.0 innings. He has 37 K's and six walks through 26.2 innings.

Lexington Legends (12-17) Kannapolis 13, Lexington 8

HR: Ryan O'Hearn 2 (6,7)

Lexington's 8-5 lead vanished as Kannapolis scored eight in the ninth. Ryan O'Hearn hit two homers and drove in three. Mike Hill was 3-for-3 plus a walk and two runs. Luis Villegas finished 2-for-2 plus two walks, two runs and an RBI. Foster Griffin made his season debut (5.0 IP, 4 H, 4 ER, 2 BB, 2 SO). He was selected 28th overall last June.
