Royals set for annual on-air Broadcast Auction

KANSAS CITY -- The annual on-air Broadcast Auction by Royals Charities and Fox Sports Kansas City is set for Tuesday night, giving TV viewers a chance to bid on baseball memorabilia and ballpark experiences.

The auction will begin during the 6:30 p.m. CT pregame show and continue through the game telecast. Proceeds benefit Royals Charities.

Experiences range from dinner with George Brett and Jason Kendall to a broadcast session on TV with Ryan Lefebvre and Rex Hudler and on radio with Denny Matthews.

Memorabilia includes a set of framed jerseys from the Hall of Fame class of 1999 (Brett, Nolan Ryan, Robin Yount and Orlando Cepeda).
