Royals sign 27 draft picks
The Kansas City Royals announced today that 27 of the team's 41 selections from last week's First-Year Rule 4 Player Draft have signed with the organization, highlighted by third-round pick, outfielder Anderson Miller (Western Kentucky University) and fifth-round selection, outfielder Roman Collins (Florida Atlantic University).
