Saturday's game postponed, doubleheader on Sunday

PHILADELPHIA -- The Rockies and Phillies waited through 2 hours, 49 minutes of rain on Saturday night before the game was postponed until Sunday.

The teams will play a split doubleheader at Citizens Bank Park, with games starting at 11:05 p.m. MT and 4:35 p.m.

Starting pitchers remain the same, with Rockies right-hander Tyler Chatwood (4-4, 5.53 ERA) facing Phillies lefty Cole Hamels (14-6, 3.04) in the first game, and Rockies lefty Drew Pomeranz (1-8, 4.93) going against Phillies righty Tyler Cloyd (1-1, 2.77) in the second game.

It's the first postponement for the Rockies since April 23, when rain and snow pushed back a game at Pittsburgh.

Root Sports Rocky Mountain is scheduled to telecast both games.

The Phillies won the first game of the three-game series, 3-2, on Nate Schierholtz's one-out, ninth-inning RBI single.
