Texas grabs another Ledbetter in 19th round

The Rangers selected right-handed pitcher Ryan Ledbetter in the 19th round of the 2013 First-Year Player Draft on Saturday.

The club took his brother, David, in the third round on Day 2 of the Draft on Friday. Both attended Cedarville University in Ohio.

Ryan went 6-3 with a 3.05 ERA in 13 appearances (nine starts) during his junior season. He allowed 24 runs (19 earned) on 54 hits in 56 innings pitched. He had 59 strikeouts, 28 walks and a .257 opponents' batting average.
