  • Comcast Be a Phanatic About Reading Night.
    • The top 10 most outstanding readers and top 10 most improved readers in the Phillies' Comcast Be a Phanatic About Reading program will be recognized on the field pre-game. Thousands of students are enrolled in the program, which encourages students to read at least 15 minutes a day to improve their literacy skills.
    • Fans 14 and under receive The Phillie Phanatic's Spring Training, the latest book in the Phanatic's children's series courtesy of Comcast.
    • New and gently used children's books will be collected at all gates to benefit Philadelphia Reads.
    • Book Signing: 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., Len Epstein, illustrator of the Phillie Phanatic Book Series, at the NewsStand behind Section 111, Main Concourse.
    • First Ball: John Guillame, Vice President, Product Management, representing Comcast.
  • Majestic Jersey Day. Fans are encouraged to show their Phillies pride and wear their jersey.
  • National Anthem: Wissahickon Middle School Band and Choir.
  • Special Welcome: Lutheran Night.
  • Take Me Out to the Ballgame: sung by Cherry Hill native Ben Lipitz, who plays Pumbaa in The Lion King at the Academy of Music.

 

SATURDAY: 3:05 p.m. … All gates: 1:05 p.m. … Broadcast: CSN, Talk Radio 1210 WPHT, SportsRadio 94WIP and in Spanish on SBP 1680.

  • Nemours Kids Run the Bases. Children 14 and under are invited to go onto the field and run the bases following the game.
  • Phillies Wives Save a Pet at the Park.
    • First Base Plaza event to benefit the PSPCA: Dogs and cats will be available to adopt…Phillies Charities, Inc. Silent Auction with autographed and game-used memorabilia…Mystery Balls will be sold.
    • Proceeds from that day's Phillies Charities, Inc. 50/50 Raffle will also benefit the PSPCA.
  • Bark in the Park. Sold out. Be on the lookout for dogs and their human friends on the Budweiser Rooftop. Benefits the PSPCA.
  • Youth Baseball Celebration (Theme Night ticket required). Youngsters in their baseball uniforms will parade around the field prior to the game. Plus, Mount Laurel Baseball Night. Special Welcome: Egg Harbor Township Baseball and Warrington Youth Baseball.
  • National Anthem: Audubon High School Concert Choir.
  • Extraordinary Scholar. Ava Stefano from Our Lady of Mercy Academy will be recognized on-field for her community service.
  • Aaron's Aces: Aaron Harang will meet with the Philadelphia VA Medical Center during batting practice.

MONDAY: Phillies Phestival at Citizens Bank Park.

The Phillies fun-filled autograph and auction party for fans all ages! Event starts at 4:30 p.m. Held annually with the goal to strike out ALS, the devastating neuromuscular condition for which there is no known cause or cure.
