Worth noting

• Left fielder Carlos Quentin (sore right knee) and infielder Logan Forsythe (plantar fasciitis, right foot) each played in Minor League games on Sunday. It was Quentin's fifth Minor League game in the last eight days and played left field for six innings. He went 1-for-2 with a walk and an RBI double.

Forsythe went 3-for-4 with two singles and a home run. He played three innings at third base, the first time he's played in any type of game since March 7. With Chase Headley (fractured tip left thumb) out for most of April, Forsythe figures to see most of the time at the hot corner if he's deemed healthy enough to make the Opening Day roster.
