Worth noting

• Manager Buck Showalter confirmed on Friday that Nolan Reimold (hamstring) will begin his rehab stint on Tuesday at Double-A Bowie. Reimold expects to be back with the Orioles in fewer than the maximum 20 days that position players are allowed for rehab.

• Wei-Yin Chen (oblique) will throw 35 pitches from the mound on Saturday in Sarasota, Fla. Assuming that goes well, the team will re-evaluate his situation, and he could rejoin the team on the upcoming road trip or be sent to an affiliate.

• Alexi Casilla (right index finger) was available to play on Friday. The finger is still bandaged, but he said he is "ready to rock and roll."

• Brian Roberts (hamstring) hit on the field on Friday.

• Jason Hammel caught a virus from his child and did not go to the ballpark on Friday. He's scheduled to pitch on Monday in Detroit.

• The Orioles wore "digi-camo" jerseys and hats on Friday in honor of the Army's 238th birthday and Flag Day. The authenticated jerseys and hats are available in an online auction at www.orioles.com/auction, with proceeds to benefit the Fort Meade Alliance Resiliency Center Fund.

• The Orioles played 13 innings on Thursday and did not allow a walk. The last time they did that in 13 or more innings was on April 21, 1983, in a game started by Jim Palmer.
