Worth noting

• In the second inning Saturday, Jay Bruce's home run off of D-backs starter Patrick Corbin was his seventh off of a left-handed pitcher this season. Since the start of the 2010 season, Bruce leads all Major League left-handed hitters in homers against lefty pitchers with 41. He is followed by Curtis Granderson (34) and Carlos Gonzalez (33).
