Reed Johnson's strikeout in the ninth inning of Tuesday's first game came in what was his first at-bat since he was placed on the disabled list with left Achilles tendinitis on July 29. Johnson's running ability is still limited to the point he would likely be replaced by a pinch-runner if he reached base.
