Worth noting

• Bolsinger struggled to locate his curveball in his start Saturday night against the Dodgers.

"That's something I'm going to have to work on," he said. "That's been my go-to pitch throughout all of professional baseball. I'm going to have to get that one back."

• The D-backs have extended their affiliation with the Class A short-season Hillsborough Hops in the Northwest League.

• D-backs third-base coach Glenn Sherlock reached into his locker for his batting practice jersey Saturday, put it on and headed out to the field.

Not long after, he made a quick trip back to the clubhouse. Turns out the wrong jersey was hanging in his locker and he had put on the one belonging to bench coach Alan Trammell.

• The D-backs will wear the uniform of the Kansas City Packers on Wednesday when they take on the Cubs in the 100th anniversary of the first game at Wrigley Field.

The Packers were the Cubs' opponent on April 23, 1914. It was the Packers' first game in franchise history, and the team was disbanded after the 1915 season.
