Zac Brown Band to play Wrigley in September

CHICAGO -- The three-time Grammy Award-winning Zac Brown Band will perform at Wrigley Field on Sept. 13.

Singer Clay Cook, who sang the national anthem and the seventh-inning stretch Tuesday at Wrigley Field, helped announce the concert.

The band's three platinum-selling albums, "Uncaged" (Atlantic/Southern Ground), "You Get What You Give" (Atlantic/Southern Ground), and "The Foundation" (Atlantic Records/Home Grown/Big Picture) have together sold more than six million copies and produced 11 No. 1 hit singles.

On the road, the Zac Brown Band performed for more than 1.3 million fans last year.

The Cubs will be in Pittsburgh that weekend in September as part of a three-game series.

This will be the third concert at Wrigley Field this year. Billy Joel is scheduled to perform July 18, and Blake Shelton, The Band Perry, Neal McCoy, Dan + Shay will perform July 19.
