PIRATES CHARITIES NIGHT ON AT&T SPORTSNET

Pirates Charities Night on AT&T SportsNet is an annual fundraiser that supports Pirates Charities and select local non-profit organizations. The 2019 Pirates Charities Night on AT&T SportsNet took place on Tuesday, July 2 as the Pirates hosted the Chicago Cubs at PNC Park.

Funds raised were designated to Pirates Charities youth baseball and softball field renovation programs, including Pirates Charities signature Fields for Kids program. Fields for Kids provides financial support to improve youth baseball and softball facilities via matching grants to nonprofit organizations and local government units. In addition to this annual program, Pirates Charities periodically supports larger renovation projects to help improve our local communities, provide opportunities for children to play baseball and softball, and create safe places to play. AT&T SportsNet is dedicating their entire television broadcast this evening to sharing the stories of several organizations that have benefited from Pirates Charities partnerships over the years, as well as highlighting some upcoming renovation projects that fans can help support.

Thank you to those who made a donation to receive one of two backpacks filled with unique Pirates merchandise designed exclusively for this event, plus autographed items.
