Gray was placed on the 15-day IL on April 21 with a right hamstring strain. He originally departed his start on April 20 with right hamstring tightness.

Crawford (right wrist subsheath tear) recently underwent imaging on his right elbow. The results will determine how soon he can resume his rehab assignment.

Slaten's right oblique strain is not considered serious and he was expected to begin playing catch on April 17 or 18. He will likely need a short rehab assignment before returning.

Ronald Acuña Jr., Raisel Iglesias, Spencer Strider, Sean Murphy and Ha-Seong Kim, Braves

Acuña is in the lineup on April 21, a day after being hit by a pitch on his left hand.

Iglesias was placed on the 15-day IL on April 21 with right shoulder inflammation.

Sousa (left oblique strain) struck out all five batters he faced in a Minor League rehab outing April 17 at Double-A Corpus Christi. He will pitch in back-to-back games next week -- his final hurdle before being activated.

Dezenzo (right elbow sprain) was hit by a pitch and grounded into a double play during his first Minor League rehab game April 17 for Double-A Corpus Christi.

Brandon Lowe, Jared Jones and Jared Triolo, Pirates

Lowe (left knee discomfort) was out of the starting lineup for the second straight game on April 21.

Jones (right UCL surgery) could take part in up to six simulated games, including live batting practice, before considering starting his rehab assignment, according to Todd Tomczyk, the Pirates’ senior director of sports medicine.

Triolo “has resumed just about all baseball activities,” according to Tomczyk. The infielder’s next step is to run the bases in Bradenton, Fla., the week of April 20.

Zack Wheeler, Jhoan Duran, J.T. Realmuto and Jonathan Bowlan, Phillies

Wheeler (right upper extremity blood clot) made his fifth rehab start on April 19 and rejoined the Phillies at Wrigley Field on April 20. The club is waiting to see how his body responds before announcing any next steps.

Duran was placed on the 15-day injured list April 18, retroactive to April 15, with a "very mild" left oblique strain.

Realmuto (lower back tightness) was in the lineup on April 21 for the first time since April 18.

Oliva (left wrist hamate fracture) underwent surgery on April 16 and is expected to miss six to eight weeks.

Mason Englert, Gavin Lux and Edwin Uceta, Rays
