FIELD MAINTENANCE CLINIC

Join us for a special Field Maintenance Clinic at PNC Park that includes a morning session with local industry professionals, offering PA state pesticide credits. Following the morning session, there will be an on-field afternoon training session with the Pirates’ grounds crew to discuss dirt and clay repair, infield maintenance, and turf care.

Entry is $75 per person.

8:30 a.m. – 8:45 a.m. Registration and Welcome

8:45 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. 1st Speaker (Matt Duncan, DLF)

9:30 a.m. – 10:15 a.m. 2nd Speaker (Aaron Hathaway, NuFarm)

10:15 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. 3rd Speaker (Jack Higgins, Earthworks)

11:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. Lunch

11:45 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Move to Field

12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. Field Stations (Mound Rebuild, Infield Maintenance, Equipment Demonstration, Turf Maintenance w/seeding and aerification demonstration)

Credits:

3 Pennsylvania pesticide credits offered for the following categories: Category 7, Category 18, Category 23, and Category PC.

West Virginia pesticide credits also offered.
