Spent time defensively for Buffalo in right field (33G), at third base (20G), shortstop (20G) and second base (2G)... On the Minor League injured list from April 30-June 19 with a right elbow injury... In his final 68 games of the season after returning from the injured list, posted a .782 OPS with the Bisons while hitting 21 doubles, eight home runs and 40 RBI.

Split the year between High-A Vancouver, Double-A New Hampshire and Triple-A Buffalo...Combined to hit .308 (144-for467) with 33 doubles, two triples, 26 home runs and 91 RBI (.555 SLG, .933 OPS)...Named the NWL Player of the Week (May 30-June 5) with Vancouver, going 8-for-21 (.381) with two doubles, two homers and six RBI for a 1.220 OPS...Recorded a hit in all six games...Added to the 40-man roster after the season to protect him from the Rule 5 Draft.
