The Tampa Bay Rays have announced that the 2026 Home Opener on Monday, April 6 against the Chicago Cubs at Tropicana Field is sold out. This marks the 20th consecutive season the Rays have sold out their home opener, excluding the 2020 season which was played without fans. The first 10,000 fans at the home opener will receive a Schedule Magnet, presented by Orlando Health. The 2026 Rays season is presented by Orlando Health.
Tickets are available for the remainder of the homestand against the Chicago Cubs (April 7-8) and limited tickets are available for the games against the New York Yankees (April 10-12).
Fans who purchase a ticket to a home game during the month of April will see $10 in Burst Bucks per ticket added to their Rays Wallet in the MLB Ballpark app through the First One’s On Us promotion. These Burst Bucks will be available beginning when gates open for fans and will expire five hours after the first pitch for each game. If tickets are forwarded, transferred, or resold, the $10 in Burst Bucks will be transferred with the ticket(s).
As part of First One's On Us, the Rays will offer 12-oz. draft beers for $9.34 ($10 post-tax) so fans can buy a beer with their Burst Bucks. This applies to all draft beers and is available wherever draft beer is sold.
Fans will never miss a deal with Rays Rush tickets. Fans can text RAYS to 42086 to receive Rays Rush alerts about exclusive offers and deals before every home series.
